Our Campus
Rosslyn has truly been blessed with a spectacular campus, and we believe this makes a unique contribution to our learning environment. Slate walkways wind their way between buildings, threading through pocket gardens. Rosslyn’s High School program uses 14 regular classrooms, 3 science labs, 2 music rooms, 2 art rooms, a dedicated computer lab, and a sporting complex. In addition to classroom space high school students use a modern media center, computer resource lab, home science facilities, and theater. A guidance center contains offices for the MS and HS chaplains as well as the college guidance counselor.
The Middle School is situated on one edge of the Rosslyn campus only a short walk from the Media Center and Lab. It has a nice view to the adjoining valley. The main section is two blocks of rooms separated by a multi-leveled commons. There are 3 classrooms in the lower block and two science labs on either end of the upper block. In the center of the upper block is the science storage rooms and offices. Then there is a separate building with two stories consisting of two classrooms, two offices, and one Middle School workroom/lounge. There is also a small building for male and female toilets.
Middle School also has a covered area which is a popular site containing three very well constructed ping-pong tables.
Rosslyn’s Elementary School facilities are built around a central, tree shaded courtyard which makes an enjoyable meeting place using the outside seating areas. The Kindergarten through 5th grade classroom spaces include eleven (11) core classrooms and then specialist classroom areas for instruction in Art, Music and Science.
Additional facilities include computer labs, a large library/media center, and reading labratory & special needs offices. Outdoors we have a lunchroom/assembly building, three (3) basketball courts, a soccer field (used for physical education and intramural activities), and 3 playground areas.
We are thankful to God for the excellent facilities He has provided for us to use as we teach the young people who are enrolled.
