Elementary School

Rosslyn Academy Elementary School is a vibrant international community where we “create smiles with excellent learning and excellent loving.”

Students from all over the world come together with North American trained and certified teachers to build a community in which we learn from each other in an atmosphere of caring, discovery and inquiry. Quality teaching and learning are key to growth in our children — academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

A visit to one of our elementary school classrooms would reveal students engaged in a variety of interactive and self-motivated learning activities, guided by skilled professional educators. Assessments are ongoing and varied. While we are not bound to “teach to standardized tests” mandated by bureaucratic agencies, our students consistently score very well on standardized tests when they are administered. Students whose families move to other parts of the world find that their studies at Rosslyn Academy have prepared them to succeed in other academic systems as well.

Training students for leadership and peace-making is also a vital part of our task at Rosslyn Academy Elementary School. We work hard to develop all students’ God-given gifts so that they may serve the world community with excellence and humility.
