In the year 2022, Rosslyn will be celebrating its 75th Anniversary. What began in 1947 as a small one-room school in Tanzania with four students and one teacher has grown into a flourishing Christian International School with over 650 students from over 50 different countries and over 200 staff members. Though those who attended Rosslyn in its beginning years would hardly recognize the campus, the purpose and mission of the school remain the same.

Our motto for our 75th year is Faithful Foundation Forever (Msingi Mwaminifu Milele). Faithful Foundation acknowledges that Rosslyn is who it is because of God's faithfulness and that He is our Foundation. Forever is significant because it communicates that Rosslyn will not deviate from this Foundation or change who the school is at its core. The word Forever also serves as a challenge to the Rosslyn community, that an organization’s mission is only as solid as the current generation’s commitment to that mission.
