Community

Community is one of Rosslyn's five core values. Rosslyn cultivates a welcoming and supportive family of diverse members united behind the school’s mission, intentionally providing opportunities for educators, students, and parents to interact in a variety of settings. Many activities occur on campus after school, in the evenings, and on the weekends. Basketball, soccer, volleyball, and other activities often unite our community spontaneously and dynamically.

Parent Teacher Fellowship

Rosslyn’s Parent Teacher Fellowship does a beautiful job of organizing school-wide events to bring our community together. These include our annual Christmas Craft Fair and Spring Fling, a monthly Farmers Market, a Harvest Carnival celebration, an Open House, International Day, and much more. Parents of students from all grade levels volunteer their time to serve and create opportunities for our community to join together. For more information, email: ptf@rosslynacademy.com

Moms in Prayer

Moms in Prayer is another group of amazing parents who meet on a weekly basis to pray for the students, staff, and parents of Rosslyn Academy. For more information, please email: momsinprayer@rosslynacademy.com

In addition to the academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular offerings, there are also opportunities for our students to connect after school at the MS Movie and Activity Nights, HS Bonfires, Friday Night Fellowship (HS), and  The Walk (MS) are just a sampling of these opportunities. When you come to Rosslyn, you aren’t simply enrolling in a school — you are joining an international community, one that is focused on helping your student develop their God-given gifts for Christ-like service in the world community. A parent recently commented, “We are so glad that we chose Rosslyn over another school because they are a corporation, and we (at Rosslyn) are a community.”
